Discover Nature Through a New Lens
About Michael Cenci
Michael is a Jacksonville-based photographer and lifelong woodworker whose work is deeply rooted in the raw beauty of the natural world. For more than 25 years, he has captured Florida wildlife and landscapes with a sharp eye for the moments most people miss—from quiet marsh sunrises to the untamed drama of birds, butterflies, and gators in motion. That same instinct carries into his woodworking, where he transforms local woods, driftwood from the river, sinker cypress, unusual woods he discovers, alligator skin, and sometimes exotic veneers into one-of-a-kind pieces built to last for generations. Michael’s work is guided by a sharp eye, a deep respect for nature, and a style that is both rugged and refined.
